How to delete your Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads) data from Crossly
We store only what's necessary to publish on your behalf: your Meta account ID, access tokens/refresh tokens, basic profile info needed for posting, and the posts you send via Crossly.
What data Crossly stores after Meta login:
- Your Meta account ID
- Access tokens and refresh tokens
- Basic profile information needed for posting
- Posting history logs
How to Delete Your Data
Delete in the app:
Settings → Connected Accounts → Meta → "Delete account & data."
Or email us:
privacy@crossly.app with subject "Delete my Meta data" and the Meta username/ID you connected.
Response Time
We will erase all Meta-related personal data from our databases and backups within 30 days and email you confirmation.
